Our Pet Policy

• A maximum of two pets are allowed in each apartment

• Monthly Pet Rent

  • Cats $50 a month

  • Dogs $75 a month

• If the animal is a dog, it must be brought to the Management Office for approval subject to size/breed/temperament.

• Residents must also provide vaccination/spay or neuter documentation through the registration form at the bottom of this page.

• Breed Restrictions include but are not limited to: Chows, Pitbulls, German Shepherds, Akitas, Mastiffs, Bull Terriers, Dobermans, and any mixes of these breeds.
